The Sherwood Dental team takes great pride in helping you achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. We’re devoted to providing world class dental treatment for your cosmetic, restorative and general dental needs.

Dr Ricky Shao, our principal dentist, believes that patients should have as much information as possible in order to make informed decisions about their oral health and treatment options. Our patients are the most important part of our work and we strive to develop long-lasting, trusting relationships. Word of mouth is the most common way new patients find out about us, so your referrals are encouraged and always appreciated.

Pre-School

Ages 0-5 years

  • $80 for exam only, or $150 for exam, clean & polish

Teens

Ages 13-17 years

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully. By booking a new patient offer, you agree to the conditions set out below.

Eligibility

  • These offers are available to new patients of Sherwood Dental, as well as returning patients who have not visited our clinic within the last 24 months.
  • Patients must select the offer that corresponds to their correct age bracket as listed above. Proof of age may be requested for offers covering minors.

What's Included

  • The services listed under each offer represent the full scope of treatment covered by the advertised price.
  • Any additional treatment identified during your appointment — including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, periodontal treatment, or orthodontic appliances — is not included in the offer price and will be quoted separately before any work proceeds.
  • X-rays are only taken when clinically indicated and at the treating dentist’s discretion. Where included in the offer, this covers standard bitewing or OPG imaging only; CBCT and other specialist imaging may incur additional costs.

Health Funds

  • We accept all major private health funds, subject to your individual policy limits, waiting periods, and annual caps.
  • HICAPS on-the-spot claiming is available — you will only be required to pay the gap, if any, at the time of your appointment.
