Benefit from our variety of payment options
Please note that payment is required on the day at your appointment, unless a payment plan has previously been arranged. For your convenience, we have a number of different payment methods available:
Direct Payments
HICAPS
We accept health fund rebates, through HICAPS, from all participating health funds. We have an instant claim facility to make it simpler and more convenient for you.
Please remember to bring your health fund card, as we do need to swipe it every time. If for any reason your card doesn’t work, or the claim is unsuccessful, you can pay in full and then claim back from your health fund directly. Most funds have easy online claiming or apps that you can use.

We accept the following methods through EFTPOS:

All Tap & Pay – payWave, paypass, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Google Pay etc.
